Rates 

We have several different ways that we bill:
For the most commonly requested services, we have a fee schedule, which covers most, though not all such services.

Some more complex service requests are billed on an hourly basis (starting from $100/hr). We will always tell you up front how much you can expect to pay.

In addition, for certain kinds of support, and very often for training, it is usually a good idea to purchase several hours at a time.  This way you may qualify for a volume discount.  We have many different volume discount packages available. Please call for details.

Some of our customers qualify for a discount rate. Please see our discounts page.  We honor all previously published discount offers.
